Tech tipster Mukul Sharma revealed that Samsung might soon launch a budget 5G phone. The listing mentions the name of the smartphone as Galaxy A42 5G. The leaks reveal the phone’s look top to bottom. By the looks of it, it will be available in gradient variants of Black, Grey, and White. The colors look fabulous and are something new that I have seen so far.
As for the specifications. Geekbench screenshots suggest that the A42 5G will sport a 6.6-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED punch-hole display, and it’ll be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G and Adreno 619 graphics. The SoC features the Qualcomm Snapdragon X52 5G Modem-RF System so that it will support mmWave and sub-6GHz. It will also have a quad rear camera setup.
Rumors suggest that it could pack a 5,000mAh battery or larger. It is also said to be priced around $350-400 (₹25,000-29,000). We’ll keep you updated once it is officially launched.
