There have been numerous rumors that suggested Apple could launch a successor to the iPhone SE but nothing really came to life. Now, the word on the street is about the Apple iPhone 9 and we have some major news.
German website iphone-ticker.de, which is the main source of the news, claims that the iPhone 9 could be unveiled by Apple on March 31. Though there aren’t any other reports to corroborate, the iPhone SE was launched in March. Moreover, the device won’t be announced in WWDC which means there are many months until the iPhone 12 arrives.
The Apple iPhone 9 could go on sale on April 3, given how special Friday is for the Cupertino-giant. Rumors are rife that the device would cost $399 (₹28,483), which makes it a mid-range iPhone. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo mentioned that the device could equip the same A13 CPU as the iPhone 11, 3 GB of RAM, and 64GB or 128GB of storage. But, Apple will cut costs by using a cheaper display and by recycling the iPhone 8’s chassis.
