PUBG Mobile, or PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, is one of the most popular Battle Royale games that has been ruling the globe for the last year, especially in these last few months. Even if it’s banned in some countries due to its violent nature, the game has survived all the negative publicity with enough aplomb. Fornite, PUBG’s sole rival, is still played by millions yet PUBG somehow managed to sneak past Fortnite’s presence, especially in India. It managed to break records of some applications in the Google Play Store.
After the whole blanket ban drama, PUBG is still played by people in India, especially youths, who take full advantage of the cheaper 4G rates. Stunning graphics and the ever-increasing list of features add to the list. There are a lot of people who like gaming but prefer to keep it at bay sometimes, say when an important exam arrives or you are just fed up with the constant violence or maybe you turned a vegetarian and can’t take the chicken dinner anymore. The only way to not be distracted by PUBG is to delete your account as logging out won’t help; you can just crawl back to the island in no time.
This tutorial will guide you on how to delete your account in PUBG Mobile. There are a total of three ways, depending on how you’ve logged in. Also, there’s no 1-tap delete forever option to delete your PUBG account; there are a few workaround options, which you’ll explore if you scroll down.
How to Delete your Account in PUBG Mobile
Keep in mind that deleting your account will erase all the data and if you change your mind, you’ll have to start all over again, including your profile information and achievements.
Method 1: If you are using a Google Play account
Using this method, you will basically delink your Google account from PUBG Mobile.
Step 1: Launch your phone’s Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Google and tap on it.
Step 3: Now click on Apps Connected.
Step 4: Select PUBG Mobile.
Step 5: Click on Disconnect.
If there is an option to delete your game data and achievements on Google, you can do so or just click on Disconnect.
Method 2: If you are using a Facebook account
Using this method, you will basically delink your Facebook account from PUBG Mobile
Step 1: Launch Facebook on your phone.

Method 3: Delete PUBG Permanently
You will have to make sure that your country isn’t affected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law. It is a regulation applied by the European Union with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of data. If it’s a go-ahead, follow the steps given below:

Step 2: Got to Settings situated at the bottom right and click on it.
Step 3: Just stay in the Basic tab.
Step 4: Look for Customer Service icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap on it.
Step 5: You will see a list of FAQs. Look for GDPR option.
Step 6: You will see a Delete option and some instructions on how to do it.
Step 7: Or else, click on any Q&A and give NOT SATISFIED feedback.
Step 8: You will now see a direct chat window with the PUBG support team.
Step 9: Ask them how to delete your PUBG account.
Step 10: Ensure that your country isn’t on the list of GDPR affected countries or else it will be automatically detected and you cannot delete the account.

There it is. These were a few workarounds to delete your PUBG account. If you just want to take a break from PUBG due to studies or keeping your child from the addiction, you can simply uninstall the game and when you feel like playing it again (hopefully not right after deleting it), you can just go to the Play Store and install it again.
