How to Check the Balance in Jio
Method 1: MyJio App
From recharging your number (or others) or paying bills, the app should be your first preference. To know your balance, just open the MyJio app and the balance details will be right in front of you. You don’t even have to take an effort of finding it in a hidden menu.
Method 2: Missed Calls
To check your Jio Mobile balance via a missed call, open your phone’s dialer and dial 1299 Jio Toll-Free Number.
The call will be cut immediately. You will soon receive a message informing you about your total balance.
Method 3: USSD Codes
This is an age-old method to check your internet data and balance details. Open up your dialer and punch in any of the codes given below. This is an easy way to check information regarding your Jio SIM which doesn’t need an active internet connection. Take a screenshot of this for future reference.
