Instagram reels – the biggest competitor of TikTok or we can say a better alternative to TikTok, lets users upload short videos with audio, effects, and new creative tools. Reels can be recorded directly from the app or can be uploaded from the gallery.

What is Instagram Reels Length?
Instagram Reels length can be 15 or 30 seconds. By default, it is set to 15 seconds. To change the length, tap on 15(icon) that is present at the left or right side of the screen(depends upon your camera settings).
If you want to move the reels recording options menu to left or right, you can do it in the camera settings under camera tools.
Reels are still shorter in length compared to TikTok and Snapchat Spotlight as they allow users to create videos up to 1 minute in length.
