Memoji Stickers now available on WhatsApp for iPhone

iPhone users will soon get an interesting update that will make WhatsApp more fun to use. The new update for WhatsApp includes the branding ‘WhatsApp From Facebook’ which was in the news a few days ago. The same update was also received by Android users. One can see the tag under WhatsApp’s Settings.

The update, with version also brings Memoji Stickers support for users who are testing the app. Once you update to this version, you’ll see the new changes in the Stickers section. Users who own an iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR are the only ones who can use this feature. To jog your memory, Apple introduced 3D Animojis back in 2017 with the iPhone X. In addition, these phones should also be running on iOS 13. Users who would be using it a lot of times, it will be shown in the frequently used section.

For the uninitiated, Memoji Stickers offer a fun new way to quickly use your custom avatars and the included animals, creatures, and characters. Memoji Stickers include fewer choices than Bitmoji but have the clean Memoji aesthetic and native integration with the default iOS keyboard.

Facebook had bought WhatsApp in 2014 but it took five years to add its name to the service officially. Nothing else would be changed. WhatsApp is testing a lot of features. Fingerprint unlocking was introduced to iPhone users and Android users just got their hands on it.
