Twitter is often criticized for being a tool for distraction and disinformation, although can be used as a tool to aid others.

This news was announced by google on twitter yesterday thereby confirming that people need to tweet their questions along with the #AndroidHelp hashtag in order to get a response.

As per a post on r/Android by an account called AndroidOSSupport says the tech support is devoted to general troubleshooting, security, identity and authentication, accessibility, and “many other Android features.”
However, the Android Twitter account will not help you with device-specific issues and therefore you will have to keep in touch with your device manufacturer’s support handles.
