Xiomi, a Chinese electronics company, officially announced their new smartphone Redmi Note 6 Pro. The official announcement was done via its Thailand focused Facebook page. The key highlights of this smartphone are speculated to be its four cameras: two on the back and two on the front, a lovely notch, and Snapdragon 636.

Display: Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a 6.26-inch touchscreen display. The smartphone also comes with a notch which allows the phone to sport a slightly high 2,280×1,080 display resolution.
Storage: Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with Snapdragon 636 processor, 4 GB RAM, and 64 GB internal storage that can be expanded. However, there is some news airing around that Xiomi will introduce a second variant of the smartphone with more RAM and storage.
Camera: Redmi Note 6 Pro features a 20MP + 2MP camera set up around the front of the smartphone. And the back features 12MP +5MP camera set up. This four camera set up make the Xiomi Note 6 Pro be the first Xiomi smartphone with such camera feature.
Battery: The Xiomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is powered by a 4000mAh. It measures 157.90 x 76.38 x 8.20 (height x width x thickness).
Connectivity: Redmi Note 6 Pro has dual sim and accepts Namo-sim cards. Its connectivity options include WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G.
Sensors: Sensors on the phone include a fingerprint sensor, proximity sensor, and accelerometer.
Color Variants: Redmi Note 6 Pro comes in 3 colors Black, Blue, Rose Gold.
Looking at the features it is sure that this new smartphone is an upgrade of Redmi Note 5 Pro. Also Redmi Note 6 Pro runs Android 8.1 Oreo instead of Nougat which can be a successor to run this smartphone in the market along with the four cameras.
