Samsung has been launching a wide range of budget devices in the Indian market for a while. For this time, the Korean Smartphone giant is giving a refresh to their low-end Android Go lineup with the all-new Samsung Galaxy A2 Core.
Being an entry-level smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A2 Core runs on Android Pie (Go Version), which is a lighter version of Google’s software suite made to deliver flawless performance even on low-end hardware specifications. As a result, the device won’t be able to handle high graphics intensive tasks. Besides, the Android Go edition also includes optimized versions of Google apps as well.
Having a look at its hardware specifications, the device bags a 5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. It is powered by the Exynos 7870 SoC(clocked at 1.6GHz) coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. In the optics quarter, the device holds a 5MP rear shooter and is equipped with a similar sensor in the front as well.
Finally, the device is packed with a 2600 mAh battery and is priced at Rs.5290 here in India. In terms of its availability, the Galaxy A2 Core will be available on both Online as well as Offline stores.
