Microblogging platform Twitter is testing a feature that will dig up some skeletons from the past. This small feature will allow users to quickly continue a previous conversation thread from inside the main tweet composer.
Dubbed as the ‘Continue thread’ button, it hasn’t rolled out globally. Heck, most people don’t even know about it. If you are lucky enough to be selected, you can download the newest version of the Twitter app from the Play Store or APK Mirror.
The feature works well. To continue a previous thread, just tap on the compose button and swipe down on the empty What’s happening? space. If Twitter has selected your account for testing, you should see a ‘Continue thread’ button waiting below the most recent tweet you tweet you sent, which allows you to develop a thread. Only your latest tweet will show up here until Twitter keeps on updating it. If you somehow want to build a thread for an older tweet from, the classic method of replying to yourself will be your only option.
