Vivo recently has announced the launch of a brand new entry-level handset in India– the Vivo Y11 (2019). The handset was introduced in Vietnam back in October and now is on sale in India. The Vivo Y11 (2019) is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC and will be equipped with a large 5,000mAh battery. The new Vivo phone will be available via Vivo’s own store, various e-commerce platforms as well as offline stores across India.

Vivo Y11 (2019): specifications and features

The Vivo Y11 (2019) features a 6.35-inch HD+ (1544×720 pixels) LCD display with a waterdrop-style notch. At the back, there is a dual-camera setup including a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens whereas on the inside, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The smartphone also includes an 8-megapixel selfie camera at the front with an f/1.8 lens. The entry-level Qualcomm Snapdragon is based on a 12nm manufacturing process and packs four Cortex-A53 cores mated to four high-performance Cortex-A53 cores. The graphics are handled by the Adreno 505 GPU.

Talking about the connectivity options, the new smartphone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Also, sensors inserted inside the phone include an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. The Vivo Y11 (2019) comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery.

According to a report by 91Mobiles, the Vivo Y11 (2019) will be priced at Rs. 8,990 in India. The new Vivo phone comes in Red Coral and Green Jade color options. However, the company has not revealed the official launch date for the phone in India.
