Xiaomi Mi Band 4 Launched in China, Will have 20 Days of Battery and an AMOLED Panel

Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has launched the Mi Band 3’s successor in, Mi Band 4 in China for RMB 169 (₹1,700). The 4th generation of Mi Band was unveiled with a slew of new features, including colored AMOLED display, a new list of wrist band options, six-axis accelerometer sensor, and a bigger battery that Xiaomi claims will last up to 20 days.

The Mi Band 4 supports Alibaba’s Alipay and offers 2.5D 0.95-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 120×240 pixels with touch inputs. All the voice enthusiasts out there, you get a built-in microphone for voice commands. The six-axis accelerometer monitors activities while the person wearing it is on the move.

Moreover, the band comes in various editions. The Regular edition, the NFC edition for RMB 229 (₹2,300), and Avengers limited edition RMB 349 (₹3,500). The band monitors activities like swimming, cycling, exercise, running, and can recognize a bunch of swimming strokes. To pay at an outlet, you just need to show the QR code by swiping the screen. Consumers can also check live weather and stock updates.

The Mi Band 4 also lets you skip the music or find your phone with just one tap. Buyers can choose between Black, Blue, Brown, Pink, and Orange for the strap of their bands. The bands will go on sale in China from June 16.
